Under the full investment option, your SIPP may borrow money from lenders to purchase particular assets such as commercial property, or to otherwise benefit the SIPP. This could include borrowing to provide benefits. The maximum the SIPP can borrow is 50% of the net fund value of all assets at the date of the borrowing.
We do not stipulate or limit the range of potential lenders. However, all the documentation needs to be individually agreed by Rowanmoor Trustees Limited before the borrowing may proceed.
