Money Marketing launches service standards monitor for IFAs
Money Marketing is launching a service monitor aimed at tracking provider service standards across the financial services industry.
Rowanmoor Pensions, was the first SIPP and SSAS provider to publish its service standards results on a monthly basis for all products and we support initiatives designed to highlight the quality and transparency of service provision in the industry.
Advisers can sign up to the Money Marketing Service Monitor www.mmserviceratings.co.uk. From collating adviser feedback, Money Marketing will create a benchmark of service standards to inform the adviser community and providers of where service either lacks or excels.
Advisers involved will also have the chance to win monthly prizes. Those who do get involved will also have access to the data, which could become a useful tool in informing their advice decisions and provider due diligence.
