Corporate information
Rowanmoor Pensions administers small registered pension schemes, known as Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS) and Family Pension Trusts (Family SIPPs), together with Self-Invested Personal Pension Plans (SIPPs) and some non-registered pension schemes, known as Employer Financed Retirement Benefit Schemes (previously referred to as Funded Unapproved Retirement Benefits Schemes (FURBS)).
Rowanmoor Pensions is a trading name of the Rowanmoor Group plc companies. Rowanmoor Trustees Limited (No. 1846413), Rowanmoor Investment Management Limited (No. 3445656) and Rowanmoor Personal Pensions Limited (No. 2268900) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Rowanmoor Group plc (No. 5792242). All companies registered in England at Rowanmoor House, 46-50 Castle Street, Salisbury SP1 3TS.
Rowanmoor Group plc is the scheme Administrator for schemes established under a Rowanmoor Pensions’ SSAS. Rowanmoor Trustees Limited is the independent trustee for all Rowanmoor Pensions’ SSASs.
Rowanmoor Personal Pensions Limited is the scheme Administrator and scheme operator for schemes established under a Rowanmoor Pensions Family Pension Trust and for the Rowanmoor Pensions Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (Register number 458260). Rowanmoor Trustees Limited is the independent trustee for all Rowanmoor Pensions’ Family Pension Trusts and Self-Invested Personal Pensions.
Rowanmoor Investment Management Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (Register number 185600).
Rowanmoor Personal Pensions Limited and Rowanmoor Investment Management Limited belong to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Details of the FSCS can be found on the FSCS website at www.fscs.org.uk/.
