Dependant

Any one of the following:

• a spouse at date of death;
• a child under 23;
• a child over 23 dependent on grounds of physical or mental impairment;
• a person who is not a spouse or child of the member, but
  • is financially dependent on the member;
  • has a financial relationship with the member and a mutual dependency.
