Clients receive a personal, portfolio based service from one of our two administration centres. A named administrator, who works as part of a team, is assigned to each scheme. The administrator is backed by colleagues on the team, under the direction of a supervisor with over 10 years’ experience. This system of shared support complements the close working relationship that grows between clients and Rowanmoor Pensions’ administrators.
