Jane left university with a degree in Politics and went into personnel with a top five accountancy firm in the City. Having decided that people in personnel really should have a broader experience, Jane then spent time as a retail buyer, in new product development, marketing, university management and lecturing before returning to personnel with a major French multinational. Jane led the HR team at James Hay from 2000 to 2003 and returned to Rowanmoor Pensions as HR Manager in September 2006.
