David Saer, Finance Director, joined Rowanmoor Pensions from Abbey National where, since 1996, he was Finance Director of several Abbey subsidiaries in UK, Spain, France and Italy. He is a Chartered Accountant and since qualifying and up to 1996 worked in Deloittes, much of the time as a partner with senior roles in their offices in UK, Portugal, Bulgaria and Macedonia. During this period he has gained a wide business experience much of it in the financial services sector.

Finance Manager
Debra Nevill, Finance Manager, heads the finance team and reports to David Saer. She ensures that the general ledger and underlying data are properly maintained and up to date. Particular responsibilities are the preparation of the monthly accounts, cash management, and VAT issues. Prior to joining Rowanmoor Pensions, Debra had spent over 10 years at James Hay where she was responsible for the general ledger, accounts payable and credit control functions. Her earlier career was in communications in the armed forces.
