Rowanmoor Pensions is a trading name of Rowanmoor Group plc (No. 5792242), a company established in 2006 by former James Hay Directors Ian Hammond and David Seaton.
The company's heritage is strong. The business, under the leadership of Ian Hammond, has been at the forefront of the self-administered pensions industry for over twenty years and offers innovative retirement and business financial planning solutions and award winning administration services. Rowanmoor Pensions latest innovation is the Family Pension Trust, the first new type of pension arrangement launched in the UK after the legislation governing pensions changed in April 2006.
The company's aim is to continue to be the premier provider of member directed pension schemes in the UK.
Clients and introducers expect an exceptional level of personal specialist services and that is precisely what is provided. Rowanmoor Pensions' policy is:

- appoint a named administrator to each and every scheme, there are no call centres or anonymous "customer service" departments;
- work with advisers and clients to find practical solutions to problems, including attending client meetings where required;
- take on the responsibility and risk of acting as the appointed Administrator to all our clients' schemes.
However, that is only half the story. At Rowanmoor Pensions we do not:
- offer our products simply as a means to an end (insisting on certain contributions to our own funds for example);
- place restrictions on advisers and clients to make our life easier, for example, when acquiring property clients are free to chose their own lenders and solicitor;
- insist on property managers being appointed;
- hide our charges behind oblique wording, we believe our fees are competitive and our fee menus are as comprehensive as possible, with most events listed and the charges quantified;
- simply offer "off the shelf" products; our whole ethos centres around providing solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals and objectives.
